The officers are a Chairman and Vice-chairman, usually one a minister and the 2 other a lay people, who serve for one year with the Vice-chairman automatically succeeding to the chair; and a secretary and a treasurer, who serve for three years and can, if re-elected, serve for a further period of up to three years.
